Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Cornerstone Academy of the Ozarks! If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) for the upcoming school year, please download and complete the enrollment forms from the Application Page. Mail them to Cornerstone Academy with the following documents:

• New Family Application Fee of $25

• A copy of each student's most recent report card

• Immunization Record

• Results of their most recent standardized test

• Pastor's recommendation form -- (give to your pastor & ask them to mail it to us)

Once all these materials have been received and reviewed, you will be contacted to arrange an interview. If you are unable to provide a copy of standardized test results taken within the past 2 years, we will need to schedule student testing prior to the new student interview.

Please note, your child will not be officially enrolled in Cornerstone Academy of the Ozarks until all requested forms are received, they have had a student interview, and all enrollment fees are paid.
